My dog is generally nervous around strangers and other dogs. Recently he started biting people after neutering. Our apartment association was against us from having a dog for a long time. Now they are using this as a reason to pressure us and disown our dog. We already said we would take the full responsibility for the biting and the hospital bills. Our dog has been fully vaccinated so the bitten person will not have any infection but we are still in touch with him for the damages. They are giving us a hard time and making unreasonable rules like we should not take our dog outside for pee and potty. They gave us 45 days to send the dog away and are not interested in reading or following the awbi circular. What do we do in this case. They are not willing to negotiate because of a personal grudge.
