Harassment over phone by a guy to a 62 year old women

My mother is 62 years old and lent 2.5 lakhs from a guy who is a government servant by proving blank cheque. She paid so far 1.5 lakhs as interest in the past three years. She is living alone in our hometown.Now that guys came home and slapped her. Over phone he is scolding her badly. My mom recorded the phone call. What action can we take now? Please guide us. She is retired government employee living in pension.

Firstly do the Police complaint against for harassing your mother, show all the evidences against him then Police will take the further action. If Police refused to do so you can go to the lower court or SP of the Police.
