Blame on me under cyber crime

I am 58 yrs working as accountant in govt.college in outsourcing
Some unknown send a email to our superior boss against the officer in our college about his corruption
Now officer call every employee of outsource and asking that u send that email or what u think who have sent that email
But no outsource employees agreed on his blame
Now he said he is going to lodge a complaint I.e.fir in cyber cell
As I did not sent any such email to our superior against that officer
But he is still doubtful on me
So what stand I have to take please advise

If you haven't done this then you don't have to worry about that. If he is going to do the complaint then he may or may not get to know about the person who did the complaint as sometimes fhe complaint are registered as anonymous.

Just you deny having sent such mail. During cyber investigation everything will be come out in black and white. If you are name is found in the FIR and if you are given clean chit by cyber police then you can send a legal notice to your boss claiming huge compensation.
