The process of FIR is still in process but then as my husband is PR holder of canada his parents have helped him flee there i came to know this through a social media post but I’m not sure if that’s the case or not how do i check if he has left for abroad.? Can i track his passport through NRI Wing or what measures do i have?

Since a case is already going against your husband, the police can easily help you in knowing if your husband has left for Canada or not, the police authorities can get it tracked therefore if you have even minutest of doubt regarding the same, contact the officials regarding the same

A.Dear Sir,
Lodge a complaint with Police but as investigation is in progress you just inform the Police to prevent your husband from going Abroad which may curtail the further investigation process.
