Property mis measurement Property mis measurement

Hi, we had purchased a land 4 years back but recently when we measured once again there seems to be a major difference in the area. Now the area has been reduced by 4350 sq feet for which we have paid the amount already. Is there any chance of claiming amount that we have paid excess from the vendor?

A.Hi client,
You should definitely claim the excess amount from the seller. You can issue a legal notice against him, with all the relevant documents.

Thanks and Regards
