I joined a Compay in 2022 & in the Offer letter there was an Service Agreement of 1 year & if i leave before that i have to pay the 50000 rupees, I left that company after 6 months & now there have deducted my 26 days salary & demanding another 11 thousand rupees. There was no legal stamp paper sigining What should i do.
A.Hello Sir,
You have made an agreement(which should be enforceable by law to make it a Contract) to the company and as per conditions they are deducting and asking for money. If there is no legal stamp on that you can go to the court asking for your 26days salary from the company.
