PWDVA
I was told in PWDVA cases orders have to be passed in 60days. My case has been going on since 2018. I still havnt received any resolution. I have a minor daughter. I'm living with my elderly mother as I don't have a home of my own. I don't have a lot of means to support myself or my child. I havnt even received interim relief even though interim maintenance and residential orders have been passed twice as my spouse earns a good salary in Australia and can afford to keep paying lawyers. He had appealed interim orders on both occasions and he has also filed a civil suit against my mother, sister and brother in law claiming share of my late father's property. I don't have the monetary resources to keep these cases going. Is there an NGO that could help me see this through? Or any lawyers that will take up my case pro Bono?
You can ask for the NGO or pro Bono Advoacte from the court by telling your condition to him. They can appointed NGO or pro Bono adv fir you if they will find your situation reasonable. You can also apply to the court about the delay in judicial matter of yours.
