Botched repairs on laptop

I bought a laptop in Sep'22, and had been facing wifi issues. The service center diagnosed, and while doing that, scratched the laptop chassis. After complaining, they replaced the chassis. After replacement, the touchpad and keyboard was not working fine. They again replaced the touchpad and still issue was not resolved. Again I complained and they replaced the touchpad and keyboard both. After 7 repairs done, one of the keys in the new keyboard is not working, and touchpad is not factory fit, there is a slight wobble. Is there any chance of them replacing the entire device or refunding the money due to continuous stress and repairs caused by them?

If the laptop is in guarantee or warrantee there is chance of replacement of the laptop. You should ask this to company that whether they can replace it as the fault in laptop is not done by.
