Can I upload torture videos or chats of my inlaws and husband on me on social media ?? Because they are spreading false rumours of me among all relatives and friends

You can file a suit of defamation in the court. Posting videos and photos on the social media will be of no use as it will only create trouble for you. File a suit in the court of harassment by your in laws and show the videos and chats as a evidence in the court.
