When I got to know regarding the suit , I filed misc application intervention petition before the court as my relatives did not informed me and filed the suit. The said property is of my ancestors in which I am equally entitled. My intervention petition dismissed by the civil judge. I am very much disappointed. A.If your intervention petition has been dismissed by the civil judge, you may consider filing an appeal before the higher court, which is likely to be the district court or the high court, depending on the jurisdiction of your case.

To file an appeal, you would need to engage a lawyer who can help you draft the necessary documents, such as the appeal memorandum, and represent you in the court. Your lawyer will need to review the order of the civil judge and any other relevant documents, such as the plaint filed by your relatives and the documents relating to your entitlement in the ancestral property, to determine the best legal grounds for the appeal.

It is important to note that there is usually a time limit within which an appeal must be filed, which may vary depending on the court and the jurisdiction. Therefore, you should consult with a lawyer as soon as possible to avoid missing any deadline.

Once the appeal is filed, the higher court will review the order of the lower court and hear arguments from both parties. The higher court will then pass an order, which may affirm, modify or reverse the order of the lower court, depending on the facts and circumstances of the case.

A.Dear Sir,
U may approach High Court either by filing a writ petition or Misc.Appeal depending upon nature of your application and facts of the case. Your presence before the Trial Court is very much necessary.
