My wife is working in export house and when she asked HR about maternity leave, they said there is no such policy.
My wife told them its a law to have maternity leave, they said it's not legal in export house.
So what to do in this case.

There is no such policy. She can take from the 26 weeks of maternity leave duration, the expecting mother can choose to go for up to eight weeks leave prior to her delivery.
