Sir one plot is self acquired on the name of mother. She is house Wife and live. plot was purchased with the help of son. After father's expire the a panchnama has been prepared and signed by mother that this property will be partitioned after her death. Till her life we can use and build respective flat by both brothers. But many time my two sisters and brothers giving warning that after mother death'this property will not be yours. Now with the permission of mother brother is building a house at either side. How can I put petition for my safety and security

A.Hello Sir,
Since they property is on your mother name so you are coparcener of the property, you can file a petition in the court of stay order on the construction.
