1.) Charges for closure of the pvt ltd company?
2.) What if trademark got opposition and dont want to file opposition?

A.Hello Sir,
Company closure is filed under Form STK 2 (Earlier form was FTE) along with the government fees of Rs.5000/- and some necessary docs. However condition is there on the closure of company that is Pay all Liabilities.
The trademark applicant must file the counter statement within two months of receiving the opposition notices. The trademark application will be "abandoned" if the trademark applicant fails to file the counter statement within the specified time frame.
After filing the application with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, it takes about 90 days for striking off the Company from MCA records.
