As a starting point, it is important to note that the laws regarding inheritance and property distribution can vary depending on the jurisdiction you are in. It is recommended that you consult with a lawyer who is knowledgeable in the laws of your specific region to get more specific advice tailored to your circumstances.

That being said, generally speaking, if your father passed away without a will, his estate will be divided among his legal heirs, including you and your siblings. Your mother may not be able to terminate your share in the property and pension bank account of your father without a legal basis.

If your father had made a will, it will be important to determine its contents and whether your mother's petition is in line with the will. If the will has not been probated yet, it may be necessary to initiate that process.

Regarding the property owned by your parents, it is important to determine who has legal ownership of the properties in question. If the properties were purchased or acquired by your parents jointly, your mother may not be able to exclude you from your rightful share. Similarly, if the properties were acquired by your father alone, it will be important to determine if there was a valid transfer of ownership to your mother.

It is also relevant to note that the property you constructed on the first floor of your residence with your own income and funds will likely be considered your own separate property, which may not be subject to distribution in the estate of your father.

In summary, your legal stand will depend on the specific facts and circumstances of your case, as well as the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. It is recommended that you seek legal advice to determine your rights and potential courses of action.
