Sir we have a property of 1461 sqft half constructioned and half old building without slab. The total legal heirs are 6 people.
A(male)
B(female)
C(male)
D(female)
E(male)
F(female)
B(female)+D(female) these 2 released their part in 2004 they filed suit in 2001 and defeated and they appealed on 2013
Still case is moving on
A(male)+C(male)+F(female)
these 3 people has their parts and now the problem is E(male) is insisting A(male)+C(male)+F(female) to take unconstructed without slab part which is not road facing what can we do sir to get our portion which should be road facing?

A.Dear Client,
Option 1.Complete the Roof casting and divide
Option 2.Divide the property as it is today and the person has to do the job.
So far equality is concerned it can not be 50:50.It will be plus and minus.
Settle it amicably.
Option 3. Go to the Court of Law and wait till you get the judgment.

A.Dear Cient Tell me

1 Was their any agreement regarding the distribution that who will get road facing portion ?
2 What was the order passed by civil Cort ? Is there any mention about that who will get road facing portion ?

3- Is it 1st appeal or second appeal ? Is it in District Court or in High court ?

Answer for 2 question = still waiting for the judgement sir
Answer fot 3 question = 1st Appeal and it is in chennai high court
