Regarding land and house exchange dispute

I have four grandfather including my grandfather. My grandfather and younger brother of my grandfather have dispute regarding a property. Around 25-30 years back my grandfather gave his room /house to his younger brother in exchange of land as a cost of that house but now in present days his younger brother's 4daughter are claiming that they want to take back their land as there are no written record of exchanging land and house so they want to take it back along with the house what should we do

As they are living in that house for more than 20 years then they can claim for the ownership of that house, if you are also having the possession of that land for more than 20 years you can also claim for ownership and as a coparcener your grandfather has right on that property.

Thanks sir, but sir I have no written records of that land as such to proof that it's more than 20yrs . We have only porcha of the total land .
