एक महिला जो तलाक़शुदा है और एक बच्चे की माँ है। बच्चे की कस्टडी माँ को मिली है। बच्चे के समग्र आईडी ,आधार में कही भी पिता के नाम का उल्लेख नहीं है और न करवाना चाहते हैं। लेकिन कुछ परीक्षा फार्म ऐसे हैं जिनमे पिता का नाम और आधार मांगते है। ऐसे में वह महिला क्या करे। बच्चे की नौवीं कक्षा में ही उसका रजिस्ट्रशन हो जायेगा दसवीं बोर्ड के लिए ( सी बी ऐस ई बोर्ड में )। लेकिन उसमे पिता का नाम भरना पड़ेगा और माता का भी , क्या सी बी ऐस ई से आप ये दरख्वास्त कर सकते हैं की किसी एक अभिभावक का नाम स्वीकार करें .सिर्फ यही नहीं ,जब मेरे बेटे ने राष्ट्रीय मिलिट्री स्कूल की प्रवेश परीक्षा का फार्म भरा तो भी यही दिक्कत आयी। उसमे भी माता पिता दोनों का आधार मांग रहे थे, यही सैनिक स्कूल प्रवेश परीक्षा में भी है

It is an unsolved problem being faced by many women. The solution for it is to file Public Interest Litigation Petition (PIL) before High Court and get a blanket order against the concerned authorities which will be useful to many similar mothers who are facing similar problems. They may be some NGO’s they may take the issue free of cost to fight before the Courts.
