I have filed a divorce case on 2018 and awaiting decree from the court where the proceedings going on. Having a female child whose custody had given to me(father) on 2018. Meantime from 2022, I started a living together relation with a same status lady who also having a male child and awaiting divorce.

However, we haven’t registered yet and it lasted only for 6 months where she left her own motives. She borrowed some money and gold from myside which hasn’t settled yet, where I am having a transaction details of cash and gold.

Would you please advise back how can I retrieve these borrowings legally?? Can this case will consider in to the family court or as a Criminal case?? What are the provisions??

A.Dear Sir,
U must be in good books with Police to retrieve your cash and gold from that girl friend/lady and u will be in danger if she lodges false complaint against u such as rape case etc.,
