My case status is disposed..nature of disposal uncontested/amalgamated...what does it mean
A.Dear Sir,
In case of FIR and PCR when they became mature into criminal case the same will be given as CC no. As such the earlier cases will be shown as disposed.

A.Hello sir/mam,
Disposed of means case is over, Uncontested means case is not contested by the opposite party and dismissed means since plaintiff failed to prove the case in his favour his suit or case is dismissed. Hence the Judge dismisses the case for plaintiff's default to appear when the case is posted for hearing.
