I hv a child from a live-in relationship and unmarried to the guy ,guys a widow with child not living with him,so now after childbirth he's forcing me legally to marry him i don't want to marry this guy and want to keep my child with me so if I refuse to marry him then what will court do to me legally in my career jail or child Custody stuffs pls help

I was asking that a single unmarried woman has a child from a widow guy having a previous child of his own ,both are in live in relationship,,now that guy man is forcing to legally marry this woman and the woman doesn't want to get married with the man and want to keep their child by herself,so in this case can the court force this woman to get married to the man ,and if she refuses any career oriented problem or child Custody problem court can do against this woman for not marrying this man
