My Surname spelling mistake in 12th class

Hello sir,
I have a problem with my 12th marks sheet regarding spelling mistake in surname. Here I'm explaining in detail about the mistake " actually my name in 10th class was SAINATH REDDY BEEMI REDDY, but in my 12th standard it was SAINATH REDDY BHEEMI REDDY, in my surname In the place of BEEMI additional " H " letter added. Is it makes any problem with government job document verification. If it makes please tell me the process to correct??

File a application regarding this in the court and get the affidavit regarding the mistake of your name. After getting it make an application to the board regarding the mistake in the 12th marksheet and attach it with the affidavit. Do all this things through some Advoacte.
