At what point of suit does
1. the plaintiff have to submit evidence on which he has filed the suit?
2. When does the defendant have to submit evidence in a civil suit?
Here, Plaintiff have filed a suit for eviction against tenant.

A.dear client when the plaintiff files a suit through pleadings, he has to submit all the facts which he can prove by evidence although evidence is shown at the later stage.
