Unfair rejection from the Post of Storekeeper at AIIMS Patna

I have applied for the post of Storekeeper at AIIMS Patna, cleared the exam and got selected. They called me for the verification of documents and disqualified me telling that my PG diploma certificate is not recognised by the UGC giving reference of a public notice by the UGC of 25th march 2022. I state that i have completed my PG diploma in the year 2020. Now on 20 January 2023, a judgement rendered by The Hon'ble High court of Madras that previosly completed degrees from Annamalai University is valid. I have written mail, posted a hard copy to the recruitment cell as well as director of AIIMS patna regarding the recent development and requesting my appointment but as of now they never replied to me. they are causing me undue stress and they violated my rights.

You have a classic case wherein you can move the Hon'ble Patna High Court challenging the arbitrary action of the AIIMS Patna and I am hopeful that you shall get the order in your favour. get in touch with a good lawyer from Patna and initiate the legal action. how can i send you the judgement order by the hon'ble Madras High Court?
Write them an official mail regarding this and if also they don't reply you then send them legal notice that they are violating your right. File a petition in the court regarding this.
