I got false commitment from company

I start working in sirui india as a marketing and technical support all india last 2 month I have two ask about my salary not credited on time. last 10 months I work I keep asking to pls share my appointment letter but not given to me and suddenly company send me mail your salary was deducted 50% so I left company and I took company laptop with me. now I want to complaint about him and get my all document and pay?

You taking away the laptop of the company in unauthorized manner is not ok. Anyways you can anytime send the company a legal notice asking them to pay all your due salary and you can also mention that you are ready to return the laptop.

If an employer doesn't pay up your salary, you can approach the labour commissioner. They will help you to reconcile this matter and if no solution is provided by the labour commissioner then this will hand over this matter to the court whereby a case against your employer may be pursued.
