Credit card misuse through online transaction

My credit card of sbi Bank has been misused through online transaction by hacking my phone and used otp done two transactions rs88500 and rs7100 on 25.02.23 and debited money from my card account.i lodged complaint on sameday with cybercrime and also reported sbi bank customer care .police started investigation and filed fir car copy given .but still money can't be recovered.Bank also not reverting the transaction or giving the details of merchant where the payment gone.. my credit card bill generated and due date is 31.03.23.what action i have to take next?will I have to pay the bill or wait.can I approach court to get any solution.
