Election process disrupted in housing society

A new elected body was declared by election commission of Prajay welfare association housing society, Maheswaram on 15/3. However outgoing elected committee is derailing the process by backing a rejected candidate for President post whose ownership of property document was rejected by election Commission. Now this adhoc EC has called an special GBM to resolve a conflict on rejected candidate and passed a circular that they will approve new elected committee which is invalid .
You can approach the head or the board of the association in this regard and communicate the issue and appeal for re-elections.

Thank you sir. But the adhoc committee conducted an meeting and cancelled newly elected body incl election committee with a fake reason that elections not held correctly . Actually their favorite candidate not elected ans rejected as ownership document not correct.
Holding their own elections again and changing bye laws to suit their candidate again.
