Sir my wife files dvc case in mahila court . In past we are together she gave her salary to me by account transfer now she demands her money..? ( I had spent money to her and only for running my family due to my income is low to run the family)
And we are intercaste couple we have a baby she wants my community certificate where as i like her community for child .wt will court do for her salary amount and child community certificate? (In tamilnadu mothers community certificate can be used for child) pls help me sir
