Credit Card payment

I have been asking my credit card issuing company for settlement or restructuring , they are harassing and asking for total payment. how can i counter then legally and as i don't have funds immediatly what will court decide.

You can file a complaint with the RBI, or you can talk to a lawyer about your rights and what you can do to stop the harassment. You may also be able to file a civil lawsuit against the debt collector if they have broken any laws.
