I am the owner of the shoproom ,have got judgement decree for eviction against tenant but misappeal and now miscase is still pending in the Ld court.Even I got a judgement decree for permanently restrained for any addition or alteration or any repair work.My question is can I terminate or close the electric meter of my tenant as he is still using my shoproom?

A.Dear Client,
In a recent judgement, right to electricity was upheld as a fundamental right by the court in a similar case. It is advisable to resort to taking a legal action in this regard.
