We bought house from our relatives at 23,21,000 they didn't had registry paper. They told us you can make registry of this property if you wish too. In that apartment only one flat owner has dastavej everyone is living on transfer paper(kabja rasid). We've given him 21,50,000 now 2 lacs are pending and we are facing many issues in making registry paper. He told us many times. You'll be able to make don't worry. Now what to do to cancel this property and get money back. Which kind of legal case or notice can be given to him.

A.dear client kindly serve a legal notice for cancellation of the sale and refund of the consideration amount within a statutory period of 15 days. If money is refunded all good. If not, then file a civil suit for cancellation of the sale along with money suit.
