My friend hit a car ,both car was damaged(only property damage). They ask for settlement we have no cash to settle and FIR was filed and supported for that because they have only third party. We have comprehensive insurance .In order to get their vehicle repaired our third party insurance need to be claimed and we are ready for that. Now they are asking for money and we refused the same .Now they are threatening we will go for another way for recovery and their advocate called and asked for RC,DL and Insurance Policy. Why he is asking for DL,RC And Insurance Policy. Section currently charged is section 279.
