Constant harassment by neighbour and not letting me have access to my property

I want a legal help or advice, as to how or what can, I do to control the situation as my neighbors are deliberately trying not to let me have access to my property. We bought this property in 2011 , and since then our life became hell as the neighbors don't allow us to live peacefully in that house, me and my mother, bought n moved in 2011 to this house ,n since that time, we both aren't allowed to live peacefully we weren't allowed to hve access to get any vehicle or so, even in any severe hospital emergency situation. Even after filing a police complaint, nothing much has been done, n still they are torturing me and now as I am staying in a different house after the intolerable torture, I am trying to sell the property, these neighbors are not letting me do it. I lost my mother 3 yrs back, so it's really tuff to struggle with life n on top of it it's hard to handle these neighbors. How can I get this issue of the neighbors resolved......?
