Stay/ hold on issuance of Legal heirship/ succession certificate Stay/ hold on issuance of Legal heirship/ succession certificate

My father passed away without registration of a will. We are 4 legal heirs- 3 daughters and 1 son all residents of Vashi Navi Mumbai. The eldest daughter volunteered to apply for the LHC/ Succession certificate. Unfortunately it was later realised that she had included a ineligible/ non- valid member ( in this case divorced wife of deceased) in the application through her lawyer. Obviously conniving & conspiring with malafide intent with/ without the knowledge of certain family members with ulterior motives of gaining through it. Now she refuses to get it corrected or give her lawyers or any related details. She also went on to threaten me( Son of deceased) that she will file false harrasment cases against me if I object. Something that she had done several times against Me & My Dad(when alive). A long story from the time my Dad had to premature volunteerly resign from his work at Mazagon Docks- Mumbai owing to his divorce case to me quitting my high flying career in 2013 to take care of Him(Dad) since none of his daughters or family relatives were willing to take his responsibility. The objection on addition of the above said subject as a legal heir is solely based on the fact that the person went on to gain a lot of payments, funds, deposits, company shares etc from the divorce as well as other inheritance illegitimately from demise of other kith and kin. In short who is the eligible competent authority to approach in either correct or put a stay/ hold on processing the wilful/ misrepresented Legal heirship/ Succession application. I myself am in a poor health and financial condition to be running around or afford a lawyer hence seeking online assistance. Any type of assistance, help or advice in this regard is sincerely appreciated in advance. Regards, Well Wishes and May God Bless You and Your Family.

A.Dear Client,
From the given details, all the children have an equal Right in the property. You can file a suit in this regard in court as all have equal rights. However, it is advisable to check with a family lawyer expert regarding the same as some suggestion will be quite beneficial for you.
