Private finance overdue

Two wheeler finance company is not providing complete statement with overdues. They are charging very huge amount without proper calculation. They have taken my bike without informing me and even now iam asking statement to clear ... They are not providing and behaving very rude

If you get nothing out of this, then you can file a complaint with the regulatory authority or file a case in court against the finance company for recovery of your bike and damages.
