My wife threatens to put case of dowry

I am living in delhi with my wife and 11yrs old son. My parents and brother lives in haridwar. As in 12 years of marriage life. She always trying to stop me to go at my hometown to meet parents. As a result fight happens and there family members come to backup her. She always told me I will put case and send all your family to jail.
As 1 day happens the same thing again and her brother fight with me and take out my blood but police is saying we cannot do anything in this as the act 323 we cannot arrest.
But I don't want to live with her
