Termination by Manager before notice period is completed
1 year ago
I’ve been working in the organisation for last 3.5 years and last month I’ve given my notice period and now 5 days are left in completing that notice period today my manager asked me to stop all working. What will be the solution what legal action can i take?
A.Dear Client,
If after stopping work completely, on being asked by the manager to do so, you can proceed to file a complain in the Labour Court regarding the same.

A.Dear Client!
If your manager is saying to leave the organization 5 days in advance, then also company needs to pay you salary for the full notice period and issue the experience certificate, reliving letter in your favour.
Incase it is not being done, then you can take legal action against the company and it's Directors under labour laws and also file Police Complaint against them.
Hope it resolves your query.
