Client refueses to pay even after MSME ordered them to Pay

What is the respite for a vendor like us to whom our client is refusing to pay even after MSME issued the order to pay in full with penalties

The client details would be available with you. In this case, for your lawfully owned money, you can file a legal complain against the client. Also, section 16 of the MSMED Act provides that in case buyer fails to make payment of amount to the MSME supplier, then the buyer shall be liable to pay compound interest with monthly rest to such supplier.

A.Dear Client you need to file the execution application after the expiry of 90 days from the date of award passed. The local civil court where the property is situated has the jurisdiction for execution of award.
