My grandfather had bought a land property but it's khata/khasra number is given wrong in the deed. Now, the both the person seller and buyer is dead. The two persons who had signed there for a proof were also dead. And the seller son is denying that he or his father had not sold that land. We have filed the case in the court and it is running from atleast 20 years. But didn't get any result till now.
