A.Dear Sir,

you may approach any Advocate or notary public and furnished require details and get register power of attorney in the nearest sub register office.

A.Dear Client

To grant Power of Attorney of a flat to your wife, you need to prepare a Power of Attorney document. The document should include details of the flat, the purpose for which Power of Attorney is being granted, and the powers that you are granting to your wife. It should also include details of your wife, including her name, address, and other necessary details. Once the document is prepared, it needs to be signed by you, in the presence of two witnesses, and attested by a Notary. You can then provide a copy of the Power of Attorney document to your wife, who can use it as per the powers granted to her.
