Is it possie to get the money back?
A.Dear Sir,
They cannot refuse to refund entire amount as they have not disclosed exact terms. They may deduct it 10% amount from your advance towards administrative expenses and refund the remaining.

A.Dear Client
If the builder has made false promises or misrepresented the property, the buyer may be entitled to a refund even if the agreement mentions that the amount is non-refundable. The buyer can send a legal notice to the builder, requesting a refund and citing the misrepresentation. If the builder does not respond or refuses to refund, the buyer can approach the consumer court to file a complaint against the builder. Please seek an expert advice over this matter.
