Can I get expelled from my school for not getting a haircut ?? I am boy student, tired of continuous humiliation by my school for not getting a haircut. Though it is prescribed in rules and regulations of school to keep hair short for boys. But isn't it a violation of my rights. Please answer my query !!

A.Dear Client

Schools have the right to set rules and regulations, which may include a dress code, hairstyle, or other grooming requirements. However, if you believe that your rights are being violated, you can talk to your school administration or seek legal advice.

A.Dear Sir,
It is not violation of your fundamental rights because you are not a grown up person and your adamant behavior may make other students to behave like you in other fields also.
