Force me to buy another products and abused me

I buy a data cable that product is not getting fit properly in my mobile . than another day i visit to that shop. The Shopkeeper didn't give my money and he abuse me, force me to buy another products instant of money

If you are recorded such abusive words it is well and good to lodge a police complaint or issue legal notice. Even otherwise you can teach him a lesson by claiming unconditional apology and compensation for abusing you in public place.
