my mother purchased a land in the year 1973 and it was acquired by government of Andhra Pradesh in the year 1976 and my mother given her written consent as not accepting or not interested since it was purchased for industrial purpose and same was given as collateral for obtaining loan. hence she refused to give the to the government and same was mentioned in her written consent during award enquiry before district magistrate. Now govt of AP forcibly acquired our land and kept our compensation in revenue deposits. We are never informed about the award passed and about deposits. the tenure taken by the govt of Ap for acquisition is 2 months and passed award with in 2 days from enquiry. In this situation can i claim for todays market value for compensation?
