I got married two months ago, due to some issues we want to take divorce is it possible if it is what is the process?
A.Dear Client
Yes, divorce is possible after two months of marriage, but the process and requirements vary depending on the jurisdiction. Generally, you need to file a petition for divorce, serve it to your spouse, negotiate property and custody matters, and finalize the divorce through a court order or agreement. Please seek an advice from the lawyer who expertise in family laws.
