Falsely stuck on dual employment category

One of my friend put down the paper and left the organization on same day and joined next organization at next day. But the previous organization showing the leaving date of 2 days later which caused her 2 days of dual employment and the BGV becomes RED in the current organization. Please suggest how to come out of this.
