Property Dispute - My Father has 6 shops

My Father has 6 shops and there are dispute between me, my brother and my sister I'm the oldest son to my father he given the power of attorney of 3 shops to me and 3 to my mom but my mom, sister, brother wants me and my family to leave so what's my power in that 3 shops can they snatch our house all 6 shops from me because my father had made my mother nominee for all property. So, what i can get and can claim in my dad property.
