Can promising over watsapp or call regarding call for selling property Can promising over watsapp or call regarding call for selling property

Respected Sir ,
If promising over watsapp or call for selling property is called valid? What if seller says no to sell property after promising to sell? And what if seller sells to the third party which one is giving good rate than that person? I never signed any documents from the buyer. Can he move to the complaint and say , he promised me in watsapp regarding property and now he sold that property to the third party?
Hence there were no sell or agreement to sell is signed , that is just considered as a promise?
And what if buyer's property agent is asking for commision , if i say not to sell the property? Can he ask legally agent comission against me? What to do in this situation?

A promise to sell a property over WhatsApp or a call can be considered a verbal agreement or contract. To enforce the contract in court, the buyer would need to prove its existence and terms. If the seller breaches the contract, the buyer may sue for legal remedies. If there is no written agreement between the agent and buyer outlining commission payment terms, the agent may not have a legal claim. Please consult a lawyer over this matter.
