We bought a house at Peyad
Hi..
We bought a house at Peyad, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala (dist), which is outside the corporation limit. There is a bit big open roadside drainage that runs along just outside our compound wall. A part of the drainage is covered with concrete slabs at our gate so that the vehicles can enter our plot. Will there be any legal issues if we cover the drainage fully with concrete slabs, as the government usually do, at our cost ?
Regards,
Sunil
A.Dear Client,
In this situation, if a problem arises due to coverage of the drainage with concrete slabs, you will have to take responsibility to defend your stance. If you are willing, there won't be much of a problem.
