Notice Period
I have resigned from my college. However the college is forcing me for three month notice period can i get any legal support in this matter. In probationary appointment order three month notice period was mentioned, but after completion of the probationary period college has not given me any further appointment order. Can i escape from this three month notice period.
A.Dear Client,
Here, it is not clear If you resigned after being an employee of the college or right after completing probation period. In the case of former, you will have to complete the notice period.
