F&F and Relieving Letter

Dear Lawyer ,
I had sent one calling HR trackers to my email id rather than sending to my manager and this is totally without my knowledge and the client where I was working they are fine now because I have shared the affidavit declaration as I don't hv the data the security team has already deleted immediately and now the payroll company is not giving me the F&F and Releiving letter even after the client senior AD confirmation . It's been 75 days now they are not responding properly please suggest me
